Our GEOLOGIST guide brings volcanic landscapes to life!

Private guide designs custom tours of Kilauea Volcano and other Hawai`i Island destinations, including hikes to active lava (subject to volcanic conditions) and within Hawai`i Volcanoes National Park.

Tours are customized for as much or little walking as you like and are flexible throughout the tour to adapt to changing weather & volcanic conditions and your own preferences. We are legal & fully insured.

Inclusions

Includes private guide, transportation, pick-up & drop-off, park entry fees, water & snacks, & Hawai`i General Excise Tax.

Exclusions

Does not include meals; these can be packed in advance, bought en-route, or we can include a sit-down restaurant stop in our itinerary.

What to Bring

Depends on the custom itinerary; we address each situtation individually.

Special Notes

Tours charged by time, not destination. Half-day (<6 hrs), Full-day (<9 hrs) & Extended-day (<14 hrs) tours are available island-wide. Hilo/Volcano area pick-ups are included, Kailua-Kona pick-ups add 3 hrs to tour cost.

Booking Notes

Maximum of 4 passengers per tour in our vehicle, or special arrangements can be made for the guide to ride with you. Discounts for advance booking (1 mo, 5%), multiple-days (10%), and repeat customers (2 yrs, 5%).
