Can personally recommend this place for a really nice meal - http://www.hotelcarabeo.com/boutique_hotels_nerja/boutique_hotels_nerja_restaurant34.htm not cheap but good and great setting in summer to have a meal and drinks by the pool overlooking the med. Hotel is good also.
