People that say this is cruel are not very horse smart. Horse love to swim I've had horses my whole life and I've seen them go completely under water and then come back up. I've also ridden horses in the beach in California where there are hug waves and the horses really like that too. Get a grip people they are animals, animals are meants to swim, run, fly, work and hunt. They are ANIMALS

The complaints are ridiculous! How many times you see horses by them selves go in the water? The same people are the once that have you believe that kosher slaughter is bad! And that we all need to be vegetarians! Come on! Give me a break!

Being a horse owner I can assure anyone they love the water, besides its refreshing, better than a hot long trail ride, I think people commenting negatively are probably jealous you guys thought of this first so they are trying to put you out of business.

I can't see where anyone sees this as cruel. I'mtefirst one to say something is wrong and I don't perceive this as bad. I want to come down t Florida to do this. To ride horseback on a beach has been a dream of mine. Now I hear it might be closed down. It figures! Guess I better go before it does.

I am quite concerned about the 'horse surfing' acitivity that you are performing under the guise of "responsible tourism". Surfing is not a normal or natural behavior for horses; in fact horses can sustain serious injuries from doing such an activity; not to mention the fact that "responsible tourism" in order to be sustainable is derived from having natural experiences through observation of animals and wildlife in their own natural habitats. I would have to compare the activities that you are performing to circus acts; definitely not 'responsible or sustainable tourism"... B.S. in Conservation Biology/Ecological Sustainability

This is the most exhilarating experience you could have. And you might even see dolphins in the water near by. My friends and I are still talking about it a year later!!! You guys are awesome and I am sure I will be seeing you again soon!!
