Special Notes
There is no guarantee of swimming with the dolphins. Dolphin Discoveries operates with a Department of Conservation permit however for the protection of Dolphins and other marine mammals, interaction with them is governed by the Marine Mammal Protection Act. If the conditions are not met or the sea conditions are not safe then trips will be swimming only.
We guarantee to see dolphins or whales! Occasionally we don't see marine mammals, when this occurs a non - transferable voucher is issued to come again for free. This is not a money back guarantee.
