Description
Our cellar, located in the region of Penedés, offers a visit diferent from other visits. The family ambience and the pedagogical character is what makes of this visit a very special one because allow you to learn the secrets of winemaking from the vines to the bottled wine.
The cellar and the vineyards are of private property and familiar and are located in the middle of nature. They are about 65 hectares what makes possible that the visit can be complemented with other activities. We also have a kitchen and a dining room with capacity for approximately 25 persons what allows us to organize meals in the cellar and to be flexible to adapt ourselves to the requests of our clients.
Structure of the visit:
-A walk on foot along the vineyards while a course of viticulture is given
-A walk along the cellar where we give explanations on oenology (making and conservation of the wines
-Tasting of the wines elaborated in our cellar (J. Miquel Jané) while a course of tasting is given and is served an aperitif with products of the region
Duration of the visit: 3 hours approximately
