These details are shared by all activity listings in a Activity Operators account. Changing the details here will change the details for all activity listings under this account (unless previously overridden in individual activity listings).

Contact details can be overridden if required on an activity by activity basis below in the Description section, allowing you to have different contacts for each activity if desired.

Description

This information provides an overview of the activity you are providing. More specific information can be added below in the relevant sections (Additional Information, Prices, Itinerary, etc.).

Distinct activities should be separated out into their own individual activity listings to allow YouGoDo users to easily find what's most relevant to them. For example if you're an operation that offers boat trips, scuba diving and water ski-ing it would be best to create 3 individual activity listings for each of these activities. Once you have finished creating this activity listing you will be taken to the Activity Manager screen where you can easily add more activities by clicking the Add New Activity option located top right of the screen.

	Adding your activity to a sub-category will automatically add it to all it's parent categories.

Locations

Locations allow YouGoDo's users to find your activity more easily.

Add the locations where your activity takes place or from which you can arrange pick-ups for the activity.

Please don't add your activity to irrelevant locations as this will result in your listing being considered SPAM and negatively affect it's position in search results.

	Search for relevant locations for this activity by entering a place name. For example: Sydney, London, San Diego, Madrid, etc. If your search returns duplicate locations please add them both. We're constantly refining the location data, adding new locations and removing duplicates that have crept in. In the very rare event that you can't find the location you're looking for please let us know and we'll do our best to add it. Please note that we only list villages, towns and cities at present but we are looking at adding regions, mountains, lakes, and more in the future.

Photos (Optional)

Adding photos to your activity listing increases the chance of people viewing it and greatly increases it's position in search results.

	Uploaded photos must be: JPEG format (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .jfif & *.jif). Minimum size of 350 pixels wide by 236 pixels high. Maximum file size of 3 MB. All photos will automatically be reduced and cropped to a landscape orientation of 350 x 236.

	When more than one photo is present the selected photo will be used as part of the summary when the activity is shown in search results.

Expiry Date (Optional)

Some activities expire after a specific date. Such activities might be one-off activities that happen on a specific date or between specific dates.

Please help us remove stale activity listings from YouGoDo by setting an expiry date for such activities.

	Dates must be entered using the standard international date format of YYYY-MM-DD. For example: 5th March 2008 becomes 2008-03-05.

	For example: Must hold a valid driving licence, must be qualified up to a certain level (PADI, etc.), must have a minimum amount of experience, weather affects trip availability, etc.

All prices should be entered below without the currency symbol ($, €, £, etc.). The currency to use is selected above.
The decimal seperator should always be entered as a "." and never as a ",". For example: Use 100.50 instead of 100,50.

Product items required:
	The number of product items you would like to display. Product items are made up of a short description and a price. Products allow different prices to be specified for the activity. For example: Adult and child prices (please include maximum child age in the description), accommodation star rating, length of activity, etc.

Optional extras items required:
	The number of optional extra items you would like to display. Optional extra items are made up of a short description and a price. These allow prices to be shown for optional extras for the activity. For example: Video of the activity, photos of the activity, etc.

Itinerary (Optional)

Not every field below will be relevant to every activity. Only fill in the ones you require.

Duration:
	How long the activity takes. For example: 1 hour, 5 days, etc.

Itinerary items required:
	The number of itinerary items you would like to display. Itinerary items are made up of a short title (the timeframe) and a longer description.

Admin (Optional)

Active / visible:
	When the box above is ticked the activity is visible to YouGoDo users. Un-ticking the box gives you the ability to temporarily remove the activity from view without deleting it.

Review reminder emails:
	How often we email reminders to you to review your activity listing. We require you to update the details occasionally in order to prevent the listing becoming out of date. Activity listings that haven't been reviewed in a long time will incur negative positioning in search results as we prefer to present YouGoDo users with up to date activity listings.
